Your family photoshoot with me will be 60-90 minutes of playing, laughter and connecting with the people that you love the most. No forced smiles, no stiff poses, because they don't really reflect you, honestly and authentically, and that's what I'm interested in. Tantruming toddlers, reluctant husbands, unruly dogs and all!
We'll adventure in nature together; beach, forest, Dartmoor, whatever fits your vibe, and we'll have so much fun doing it that you'll forget you're being photographed.
Before your Photoshoot you'll receive an in-depth questionnaire so I can get to know you better and make sure your photos truly reflect who you and your family are right now.
You'll also receive a welcome and styling guide full of tips on what to wear and what to expect, before and after your session, so that on the day you can just show up, totally relaxed and ready to have fun with your family.

• Your date is secured with a 50% deposit taken at the time of booking, with the balance due on the day of the photoshoot.

A LIttle More Magic
It's best to get in touch as soon as you have decided to invest in a family photoshoot, weekends and school holidays get booked up very quickly especially in the summer.
If you are planning to have your photos taken during a holiday in Devon it's best to get in touch as soon as you've booked your accommodation.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY SESSION?
I always advise wearing neutral colours and avoiding bold patterns or logos. It's important to make sure that all the family's outfits work together. Think complementing, not matching!

WHAT DO I WEAR?
I will give you in-depth guidance to help you to plan the perfect location for the photoshoot that you have in mind, and I always recommend to choose a place that you love. This could be in your home (or holiday home), or somewhere in nature like your favourite beach or up on Dartmoor, we are spoilt for choice here in the South Hams. If you're new to the area I'm always happy to offer advice, I know tons of secret spots that work for every different time of year.
what location should i choose?
A family photoshoot typically lasts between 60 to 90 minutes.
How long will the shoot take?
Outdoor sessions work best in the golden evening light, starting 90 minutes before sunset. Home shoots can be done any time during daylight. Please get in touch if you have any specific timing preferences and I will do my best to accommodate that.
WHAT TIME WILL THE SHOOT BE?
I shoot all over the South Hams and South Devon. Please get in touch if you are outside this area and we can discuss additional travel costs.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
A deposit of 50% of the session fee is taken at the time of booking, with the remainder due on the day of the photoshoot, so payment is effectively split in two.
If you'd like to discuss an alternative payment plan please get in touch and I will do my best to make it work for you so that you can have the photoshoot you've been dreaming of.
